How to
contact us

Below are the actions to take if your call is out of normal working hours and an emergency.

If your call is regarding the following, please contact Wiltshire Council:

  • Social housing including repairs and boiler and heating enquiries
  • Adult or children’s services
  • Roadside Waste Collection

If you are calling about the following incidents that are within Salisbury City boundaries, please call 01722 346485.

  • A tree, or a branch from a tree has fallen, or is about to fall in Salisbury
  • Flooding is occuring from one of Salisbury’s public toilets, buildings or pavilions
  • A Christmas light is falling down or is on fire in Salisbury
  • A report of travellers on Salisbury City Council land
  • An alarm is sounding in a building which is owned by Salisbury City Council (there will be notice on the building stating ownership)
  • Property damage, eg broken windows or locks in a building which is owned by Salisbury City Council (there will be notice on the building stating ownership)
  • Something out of the ordinary which needs immediate management’s decision/input in a building which is owned by Salisbury City Council (there will be notice on the building stating ownership)

Please contact Wiltshire Council if your call is regarding a matter outside of Salisbury City boundaries.

NB our normal working hours are as follows:

09:00-17:00 Monday – Friday

10:00-16:00 Saturday

10:00-14:00 Sunday & Bank Holidays
