Sunday 25 October sees the last of the Teenage Markets in Salisbury this year. The market is run by Salisbury City Council and is held in the Market Place from 11am – 3pm.
The Teenage Market is a unique opportunity providing a FREE platform for young people under the age of 25 to come together to be entrepreneurial, try out new business ideas and sell creative products. It also offers a live performance element, giving centre stage to local performers and community groups to showcase their unique talents in the City Centre.
With 40 creative stalls The Teenage Market offers anything from homemade dog treats, lampshades and tie dye clothing to beautifully illustrated cards and exquisite hand crafted jewellery or you can even have your nails done by the beauty students from Wiltshire College!
The Teenage Market is a perfect opportunity for you to buy some amazing products including Christmas presents and watch the best up and coming talents. Still not convinced? Then check out the Teenage Market promotional video at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bZ85OhvSC3g shot by a young film maker Tom Askew-Miller.
