Explore Salisbury’s Christmas Tree Trail this Christmas

As part of the festive offering in Salisbury City Centre this year Salisbury City Council will be erecting and beautifully decorating 12 large Christmas Trees throughout the streets. These combine to make a Christmas Tree Trail which will run between Saturday 21 November 2020 and Monday 4 January 2021.

On Sunday 8 November, the Mayor alongside the Revd. Cannon Kelvin Inglis led the City’s Act of Remembrance supported by the Royal British Legion, a small civic party, representatives of the Armed Forces and fellow Councillors.

City Council parks and play areas to remain open during the lockdown

Salisbury City Council intend to keep their parks and play areas open during the lockdown period. This decision will be reviewed regularly as Government guidelines are released. We ask that residents and visitors follow the advice below and the notices displayed on play area gates. Please be aware that only Queen Elizabeth Gardens, Churchill Gardens and Victoria Park are being sanitised and this takes place once a week on a Monday morning.
