Highlight Events Now On Sale The Ageas Salisbury International Arts Festival will take place from Friday 24th May - Saturday 8th June 2013, and will celebrate the vibrant arts of Catalunya. The highlights for 2013 are: King Lear by Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre at Old Wardour Castle, Tisbury Royal Philharmonic Orchestra with violinist and conductor Pinchas Zukerman perform¬ing Mozart’s Third Violin Concerto and Mahler’s Fourth Symphony at Salisbury Cathedral. Mark Padmore performing Schubert’s song cycle Die Wintereisse at Wilton Church. Tallis Scholars bringing the theme of metamorphosis to Salisbury Cathedral. Russian pianist Mikhail Rudy presenting pictures at an exhibition and Petrushka at Salisbury Playhouse. Opera Project performing La Traviata, also at Salisbury Playhouse. Ageas Salisbury International Arts Festival has also re-launched its website to improve marketing and give festival-goers a more interactive experience.

FREE ENTRY! In association with the AGEAS Salisbury International Arts Festival’s popular music event ‘Salisbury Live’, the farm is hosting an afternoon & evening of pop, rock, folk and acoustic music.
On stage will be The Deloreons, The Interceptors, Stone Donkey Pilots, The Kings of Lounge, Marlborough County Fair plus many more local acts including acoustic music coming from ‘Ashlee’s Acoustic Barn’
With children’s entertainment, BBQ and Bar including Hopback real ales and local cider supplied by Moonraker Ciders, and a nice bit of sunshine, it’s set to be a great event.
