Streetscene Administration Officer
Full time (37 Hours per week) - £19,171-£19,945, flexibility will be considered
This is a varied role supporting how the streets look in Salisbury. We are very proud of our City and want visitors and residents to enjoy it looking its best.
The role we are seeking has the benefit of both working in an office environment but also working outside within the City.
Approximately 50% of your time will be spent within an office environment doing general administration and keeping and updating records
The rest of your time you will be out and about in the City, liaising with businesses and undertaking inspections. Most of the time you can choose when to do this to make the best of the weather!
What we are looking for:
Attention to detail and accurate record keeping and review
Able to interpret information
Good IT skills in Word/Excel
Able to manage own time effectively
Excellent communications skills as you will be working with both internal staff and external businesses and contractors
Able to deal confidently with complaints
