£19,430 - £21,268 p.a.
37 hours per week including occasional evening and weekends
Based at the Bemerton Heath Centre, Salisbury
A rewarding role where you can contribute directly to the well-being of our community by joining our Community Development Team to identify, develop and deliver a programme of community based projects.
You’ll be co-ordinating, leading and supporting community workshops and meetings, recording feedback and compiling reports.
You will work with a range of local groups and interested parties in developing and improving the quality of life in their communities as well as helping these groups identify and apply for crucial funding. You will also be responsible for overseeing our team of volunteers.
You will need to be able to work unsupervised as well as within a team, and we will be keen to hear how you have built successful relationships with a range of groups. Your experience and interest in community development and engagement will be key, together with sound administration skills and excellent communication skills.
The successful applicant will be required to undergo a DBS check
